What does this mean to you?
In yoga, the lotus is a symbol of rebirth, regeneration and purity. We all come from different backgrounds and have different experiences. In life, we sometimes experience sorrow and go through pain before we are able to bloom into a beautiful being. We learn and experience life as a journey. We may make mistakes and trip over stones in our path to get to where we are headed.
Honor your past experiences, you needed them in order to bloom.
