Mantra

A mantra is a word or phrase that is repeated as a form of meditation or prayer. It is typically used in Hinduism and Buddhism, but can also be found in other spiritual practices.

The repetition of a mantra is believed to help focus the mind and bring about a sense of calm and inner peace.

Mantras can be spoken aloud or silently repeated in the mind, and often have specific meanings or intentions associated with them.

Some examples of mantras include "Om," "Om Shanti," "Aham Brahmasmi," "Sat Nam," "Om Namah Shivaya," and "Gate Gate Paragate Parasamgate Bodhi Svaha."
