I don't know anyone who doesn't like tea. There are so many choices, and everyone loves something different. We can choose from decaffeinated to herbal, and then there is loose tea versus tea bags and even powders.
Tea has been around for thousands of years and is deeply embedded in our cultures and history. There are so many benefits and so much to learn about tea, let's take a look.
Teas for energy:
Oolong | Reduced risk of heart disease, boosts metabolism and helps with weight management |

Black | Remedy for blood sugar problem, weight loss, headache, diarrhea. |
Mint | promotes digestion, relieves spasms of the respiratory and digestive tracts |
