Stretches your inner thighs, knees and groins

How to get there:
Sit up straight
Now bend your knees bringing the soles of the feet to each other
Allow the knees to drop off to either side
Hold onto your feet as if you are opening a book
Hold this position for 3-4 minutes.
Precautions:
Avoid practicing this pose if you’ve knee or groin injury
