Props in yoga, don't you love them? Props can help make poses more accessible and help get you into better alignment. Click on the drop down for ideas on which poses props may be of assistance.

Yoga mat - substitute with a towel or carpeted surface

Bolster - a cushion or pillow will work just fine

Blanket - substitute with a towel

Strap - maybe use a belt or bathrobe tie
