I've had off of work this week and it has been so relaxing. I did absolutely nothing, but stay home and enjoy a little break from the day to day activities. We really need to pay extra special attention to those moments in between. The same goes for our yoga asana practice. We are moving and breathing, but what really happens in between? Take some time to explore the moments in between. Be in the moment and enjoy!
