Everyone needs a rest, a true break from it all. Taking some time out for yourself is so vitally important for your mental health and well-being. Do some thing you enjoy or do
nothing at all. Allow your brain to take a mental holiday. Maybe turn off the social media, unplug and enjoy your family or pets. Take a long walk and enjoy nature. Give yourself permission to relax.
You may also join us Sunday evening to end your weekend with some relaxing Yin and Meditation if you would like. Other than that , I will be on the couch with my girls.
